While performing these workouts, make sure you are doing them slowly and practicing breathing techniques for relaxation. By doing so, you are allowing your muscle to relax and suppress stress. If you perform them rigorously and hastily, you muscles will undergoing sudden contraction, which can lead to muscle tear. Yoga is one of the most effectiveand safest ways to increase your flexibility. In Yoga, a person needs to perform different type of postures, and try to concentrate on breathing. Yoga postures play a great role in stretching, muscle relaxation and mobilization of joints. They also strengthen major muscles and joints, which help in developing good resistance. Yoga is indeed the best workout for women.
